朱英杰,男,漢族,1956年出生于黑龍江省,書法家,曾任文化部對(duì)外文化聯(lián)絡(luò)局亞洲處處長、中國駐朝及韓大使館文化參贊兼首爾文化中心主任、世界漢字藝術(shù)研究院副院長、韓國三星SDS公司高級(jí)顧問。

1956年11月出生,山東沂水人。中共黨員。畢業(yè)于華東軍政大學(xué)。任西安鐵路電務(wù)技工學(xué)校離休干部。中華詩詞學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員,國鐵集團(tuán)老戰(zhàn)士協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員,陜西詩詞學(xué)會(huì)理事,副秘書長,《陜西詩詞》編委,秦風(fēng)詩詞學(xué)會(huì)副會(huì)長,陜西老年大學(xué)書法系主任。朱英杰畢業(yè)于華東軍政大學(xué)。是抗日戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期的老戰(zhàn)士。原西安鐵路信號(hào)工廠工會(huì)主席、西安鐵路電務(wù)技校第一任書記。1989年離休(司局級(jí))。掀開他的人生檔案,熠生輝,在每一崗位上都灑下了辛勤的汗水,留下了深深的足跡。如今他雖離休,但不“解甲”,離休,他視為人生旅途中的驛站,在事業(yè)上猶如綠茵場上的一名隧員,依然奮力拼搏,用一片真情續(xù)寫他的人生。一分耕耘,一分收獲。朱老多年來用心血釀制的精神產(chǎn)品已惠及人們。書法、詩詞、著文立說都見功底,他的書法作品在老年大學(xué)和鐵路西北片參展并多次獲獎(jiǎng),部分被收入《陜西鐵路書法作品選》和《陜西老年詩詞書法選》。其中一幅《魁星點(diǎn)斗圖》作品頗具神韻,如詩似畫,翰墨飄香,被收入《當(dāng)代書畫名家精英大典》及多種書畫報(bào)刊上發(fā)表,獲精英獎(jiǎng),并送開封翰園碑林刻石。詩詞作品連綿不斷地在《秦風(fēng)》、《陜西詩詞》、《晚霞》、《金秋》、《中華詩魂》、《萬家詩》、《華夏吟友》等刊物上發(fā)表,有的被選入《當(dāng)代詩詞家大詞典》和《近五十年寰球漢詩精選》至今朱老發(fā)表的詩詞作品已200余首。精選的佳作已編入集體結(jié)集的《春泥編》、《秦風(fēng)詩詞鈔》以及《中國鐵路詩詞選》中,分別由陜西人民教育出版社中國鐵道出版社有限公司出版發(fā)行。他的書法、詩詞作品如此,他的多篇論著更具有較高理論研究參考和實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。如陜西老年大學(xué)五年校慶時(shí),他熱情洋溢地寫了《探索學(xué)為結(jié)合,以學(xué)促為的路子》的長篇論文,在《陜西老年學(xué)通訊》(1991年,第3期)上發(fā)表后,引起廣泛重視,隨后又編入《老年大學(xué)的教與學(xué)》中,由陜西人民教育出版社出版發(fā)行。特別是在1986年,他根據(jù)《人民日?qǐng)?bào)》發(fā)表的評(píng)論員文章——“老同志的新課題”寫出了《在新課題面前》一文,受到省領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的重視,被推薦發(fā)表在1987年1月27日的《陜西老年報(bào)》上。他是這樣寫,也是這樣做的。此后,這篇力作被選入《世界學(xué)術(shù)文庫》(中國言實(shí)出版社出版,1999.9)。另創(chuàng)作有新詩、散文、山東快書等,其中《軍魂頌》、《延安頌》均獲獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。事跡被收入《中國當(dāng)代藝術(shù)界名人錄》(第四卷)和《中華人物辭海》(當(dāng)代文化卷)。
