姜子德，男，漢族，1962年2月生，羅山縣人，中國共產黨黨員。博士，現任華南農業大學植物病理學教授，植物病理學專業和微生物學專業博士生導師。先后主持了國家及省部級課題17項、發表論文100余篇、獲科技獎4項及專利5個；已指導博士生19名、碩士生62名。
