陳雁，女，1956.12出生，中國共產黨黨員，1982年1月 原蘇州大學紡織與服裝工程學院本科畢業，現為蘇州大學教授。
人物經歷
1982年2月至今在原蘇州絲綢工學院、蘇州大學材料學院任教，曾任紡織品設計教研室副主任、主任、服裝設計與工程系系主任等職務。多次受國家教委、英國文化委員會資助赴英國進修和合作科研。2002年9月獲博士學位。
主要貢獻
擔任《服裝生產管理》、《服裝進出口貿易》等本科生教學和《服裝工程系統》、《功能服裝》、《服裝感性工程》等研究生課程的教學工作，指導全日制研究生和在職研究生等工作，主持和參加了省、部級和校級的科研項目共7項，在國內外學術刊物上發表論文共 20余篇，多次參加在國內外舉辦的學術會議。另外還翻譯了專著11萬字，主編40萬字的著作1本，參加教育部組織的教材編寫2部。

1987年、1996年和2003年分別受國家教委、英國文化委員會資助赴英國LEEDS大學和UMIST大學進修和合作科研。
主持蘇州大學紡織與服裝工程學院的國際合作交流工作，負責與曼徹斯特大學和法國高等紡織學院的合作交流項目、國家留學基金委優秀本科生項目。
歐盟科學與技術文化委員會國際聯合培養博士項目“Sustansible 管理學 and 設計 of textiles（SMDTex）”的執行委員會委員和博士生導師。
擔任《Textile Research Journal》、《International Journal of Clothing Science and Technology》、《Journal of Fiber Bioengineering and Informatics》等國外學術期刊的審稿工作。
