袁紅莉，博士，教授，博士生導師。
人物經歷
1983.9-1987.7 北京市農業大學植保系微生物學專業 本科。
1987.9-1995.7 北京農業大學微生物學系獲理學碩士和理學博士學位 碩士師從著名土壤微生物專家陳文新院士。
1990.7-1995.3 中國農業大學 博士。
1991.10-1992.9 東北師范大學留日預備學校 學習日語。
1992.10-1994．11 名古屋市大學農學部 師從日本著名土壤微生物專家木村真人教授聯合培養博士。
1995起留校工作至今，先后任中國農業大學生物學院微生物學與免疫學系講師、副教授和教授，農業微生物資源及其利用農業部重點實驗室和農業生物技術國家重點實驗室委員，兼任中國腐殖酸學會常務理事，中國能源學會常務理事等。
社會兼職：

中國微生物學會環境微生物學專業委員會委員；
