英格蘭足球南部聯賽（Southern League）是一個由英格蘭西南、中南及米德蘭茲和南威爾士地區的半職業及業余球隊角逐的足球聯賽。
自1894年成立以來，南部聯賽的結構經歷數次變更，現時分為三級由66間球會合共組成。超聯組（Premier Division）在全國聯賽系統（National League System，簡稱“NLS”）列第三級，主要升班上議會南部聯賽（Conference South），但亦有升上議會北部聯賽（Conference North）的例子；在超聯組以下是兩個地區分組，甲組（西南）（Division One South & West）及甲組（中部）（Division One Midlands），同處“NLS”第四級，其下則包括不同的德國足球地區聯賽。
由于獲得洲際品牌（InterContinental Brands，簡稱“ICB”）冠名贊助，于2009年7月1日開始南部聯賽以“ICB”旗下的利口酒品牌命名稱為“莎瑪列度聯賽”（The Zamaretto League），而英格蘭男子足球代表隊南部聯賽杯亦獲贊助稱為“紅保險杯”（Red Insure Cup）。
歷史
職業足球（以至一般的職業運動）在英格蘭南部的發展遠比北部為慢，英格蘭足球總會早于1885年已承認職業化，但當英格蘭足球聯賽于1888年成立后，參賽球隊清一色來自北部或中部，而在南部的郡縣足球總會堅持反對職業化。
伍爾維奇兵工廠（Woolwich Arsenal，即今天的阿森納足球俱樂部）在1891年成為首間倫敦球會實行職業化，亦是建立南部聯賽的背后推動者之一，以應對當時在北部及中部已進行的足球聯賽。但這次冒險行動面對“倫敦足球總會”（London Football Association）的反對而以失敗告終。伍爾維奇兵工廠自己于1893年加入英格蘭足球聯賽，成為聯賽中唯一位于伯明翰以南的代表球隊。同時一個名為“南部聯盟”（Southern Alliance）的法國業余聯賽于1892年成立，有7支區內的球隊參賽，惟尚未完成一個球季已經倒閉。
然而再次嘗試建立南部聯賽，這次卻獲得成功，在米爾沃爾足球俱樂部（Millwall 奧爾德姆足球俱樂部，今天的米禾爾）主催下，于1894年成立一個由職業及業余球會混合組成的聯賽，最初的設想只有單一個組別，但由于反應熱烈，最終分為兩組，
