葉敏 生藥學博士，北京大學藥學院副教授。1997年7月畢業于北京中醫藥大學中藥學專業，獲學士;2000年7月畢業于北京中醫藥大學中藥鑒定學專業，獲碩士學位;2003年7月畢業于北京大學藥學院生藥學專業，獲博士學位;2003年7月至2005年5月于北京大學藥學院從事博士后研究;2005年5月至2006年1月于美國路易斯安娜州立大學生物學系從事博士后研究;2006年1月至2007年12月于耶魯大學醫學院藥理學系從事博士后研究;2007年12月被聘為北京大學藥學院副教授.
研究領域
中藥成分分析與代謝
1.采用HPLC及LC/MS等分析技術，實現中藥化學成分的微量快速分析，建立中藥質量標準。
2.中藥及其復方的多成分代謝及藥代動力學研究。
3.天然產物的質譜裂解途徑研究。
天然產物的生物轉化
1.利用微生物及植物細胞酶體系的催化作用，發現結構新穎的天然產物衍生物。
2.重要類型天然產物的構效關系研究。
