蘇爾維格之歌（或“蘇格蘭之歌”）（Solveig's Song），出自挪威作曲家愛(ài)德華·格里格為作家亨利克·易卜生所作詩(shī)劇《皮爾金》（Peer Gynt）所寫(xiě)的兩組交響樂(lè)曲——《皮爾金組曲》中的第二組曲，作品集55。此作品描畫(huà)了皮爾金初戀情人蘇爾維格的純情與美麗。
