楊維清,博士,教授,四川省入選者,四川省杰出青年基金獲得者。
現任政協四川省第十三屆委員會科技委員會副主任。
人物簡介
2007年碩士畢業于四川大學原子與分子物理專業,主要應用密度泛函理論研究半導體材料的物理特性,畢業后到成都信息工程大學工作。2009年評為講師,2011年博士畢業于四川大學材料學院凝聚態物理專業,并獲得理學博士學位。2011年破格晉升副教授,2011年10月在電子科技大學電子薄膜與集成器件國家重點實驗室做博士后,主要從事白光LED熒光材料的制備以及LED封裝技術與理論研究工作。2013年1月2014年2月,到美國佐治亞理工學院王中林院士課題組從事納米能源材料與微電子學集成器件的博士后研究。近年來,在Advanced Materials(IF:15.409),NanoLetter(IF:12.94), Advanced Functional Materials(IF:10.439), ACSNano(IF:12.033), Advanced 能量 Materials(IF:14.385),NanoResearch(IF:7.431),ActaMaterialia(IF:3.94)等國際著名刊物上發表論文71篇,均為SCI刊源,10余篇影響因子大于11,14篇一區,34篇一作,19篇通信作者。所做的工作被美國知名網站美國國家自然基金委(NSF)、Newscientist等近10家媒體專題報道,受到法國路透社,中國科學網、中國儲能網、中國網、新華網、人民網股份有限公司、鳳凰網等多家國內外媒體關注。

2014年4月,楊維清老師受聘為西南交通大學材料學院教授,成立納米能源課題組。
2014年8月,張磊、潘虹作為第一屆碩士研究生加入納米能源課題組。
2015年4月,納米能源課題組第一篇學術論文“Theoretical spectra identification and fluorescent properties of reddish orange Sm-doped BaTiO3 phosphors”正式接受。
2015年8月,靳龍、張彬彬、淳鳳軍、蘇海作為碩士研究生加入納米能源課題組;張磊碩博連讀轉為博士,Hanan Osman Ali Hassan作為博士加入納米能源課題組。
2015年7月,張海濤老師受聘為西南交通大學材料學院講師,加入納米能源課題組。
2015年7月,劉芳延作為博士后,加入納米能源課題組。
2015年9月,邀請楊進教授進行學術講座。
