黃烈德 男，1922年1月生，福建泉州人。教授。畢業于上海市復旦大學數理學系。原任同濟大學應用數學系教授，研究生導師。研究航天數學、積分方程與偏微分方程。寫作有“航天科學技術中五大數學問題理論初探”，闡述湍流為奇異吸引子說，解釋火箭燃燒不穩定性及激光反常加熱機理。1988通過鑒定，獲獎及榮譽稱號。還有“導數積分方程法對技術物理若干促進作用”。1994年通過評審，獲數學物理專家證論。
