簡(jiǎn)單來(lái)說(shuō)：可以在美國(guó)境外注冊(cè).us，但有風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。而且該域名的管理公司規(guī)定.us不能使用隱私注冊(cè)。
從上面的條款來(lái)看，嚴(yán)格來(lái)說(shuō)，內(nèi)地一般公民不符合以上任何一個(gè)類別的要求。勉強(qiáng)能靠上邊的，只有C32。但如果你被抽查到，或做得太大被舉報(bào)(.us不能Whois隱藏)，要求你出示相關(guān)證明，無(wú)法提供證明的話，域名就會(huì)被刪除。這就是us域名的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)所在。
所以想注冊(cè).us的話，玩玩或做垃圾站還是不錯(cuò)的，NeuStar查得并不嚴(yán)，可能很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間你的域名都沒(méi)事；但真正要做網(wǎng)站，或者想網(wǎng)站做大，這個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)就不得不考慮了。
舉例來(lái)說(shuō)，著名的彈幕網(wǎng)站bilibili就因?yàn)?us域名被抽查到而不得不停用，改用.tv域名。
