《WITH SEOUL》采用韓國傳統音樂風格，并增添交響樂團的華麗色彩，描繪了首爾之美和溫暖，并以“一起生活的都市首爾”為主題，講訴了一位因日常生活而疲憊不堪的少女，聽見防彈少年團的歌曲后獲得能量的故事。
歌曲MV
MV中出現南山、清溪川、首爾路7017、汝矣島漢江公園等旅游勝地，首爾市方面表示因為在野外進行秘密拍攝的話會有點困難，所以選擇在室內進行，為了別國觀眾方便觀看，還特地制作了英文、日語、中文版本的字幕。
