馬文·蓋伊（Marvin Gaye，1939年4月2日—1984年4月1日），原名Marvin Pentz Gay, Jr.，美國摩城唱片著名歌手、曲作者，有“摩城王子”之稱，對許多靈魂歌手都有巨大影響，可說是黑人流行音樂史上一個最受人敬重及喜愛的超級巨星。
演藝經歷
馬文·蓋伊出生在一個宗教氣氛濃厚的家庭，他是最有天賦、最富幻想、最長久不衰的明星。作為摩城公司銷量最好的藝人，他用熱情的嗓音塑造了“摩城之聲”。他能夠同時兼顧藝術要求和商業成功。
1961年與當時黑人音樂大廠Motown（摩城）簽約，并且在史摩基·羅賓遜的樂團中擔任鼓手，隨后也開始個人演唱生涯。馬文·蓋伊在摩城被塑造成情歌王子，唱了很多超級暢銷的歌曲。這位在舞臺上極為羞澀的歌手，成為了摩城史上最杰出的歌手之一，被喻為“摩城王子”。
1962年，他以一支敘事曲《Stubborn Kind Of Fellow》嶄露頭角，之后一直活躍在歌壇前沿，成為了當代黑人音樂中極有影響的人物。
