干粉滅火系統(tǒng) powder extinguishing system，由干粉供應(yīng)源通過(guò)輸送管道連接到固定的噴嘴上，通過(guò)噴嘴噴放干粉的滅火系統(tǒng)。
用途
ZFP型系列自動(dòng)干粉滅火系統(tǒng)是石油化工、油船、油庫(kù)、加油站、港口碼頭、機(jī)場(chǎng)、機(jī)庫(kù)等工程的滅火系統(tǒng)的重要裝備。干粉滅火系統(tǒng)是以氮?dú)?/a>為動(dòng)力，向干粉罐內(nèi)提供壓力，推動(dòng)干粉罐內(nèi)的干粉滅火劑，通過(guò)管路輸送到干粉炮，干粉槍或固定噴嘴噴出，以達(dá)到撲救易燃、可燃液體，可燃?xì)怏w和電氣設(shè)備火災(zāi)的目的。
ZFP series Automatic Dry Chemical Powder Extinguish System (Short as: DCP) are important equipments for the fire-fighting in petrochemical industry, oil tanker, oil storage, gas station, dock and harbor, airport and hangar etc. ZFP series DCP is driven by high-壓強(qiáng) N2, then establishes pressure in the powder tank, press the chemical powder and force it through the pipelines to the powder monitor, powder gun or fixed powder nozzle, and by these equipments, spray the powder out on the flammable liquid, flammable gas or electric equipment fire to extinguish the fire.
結(jié)構(gòu)組成
ZFP型自動(dòng)干粉滅火系統(tǒng)由啟動(dòng)裝置（如：?jiǎn)?dòng)氣瓶+拉桿機(jī)構(gòu)）、氮?dú)馄拷M、減壓閥、干粉罐、干粉槍、干粉炮、干粉噴頭、電控柜、閥門(mén)和管系等零部件組成。一般為火災(zāi)自動(dòng)探測(cè)系統(tǒng)與干粉滅火系統(tǒng)聯(lián)動(dòng)。
ZFP series DCP consists of starting device (Eg.:start cylinder + pull-rod mechanism), N2 cylinders, 壓強(qiáng) reducing 維爾福集團(tuán), powder tank, powder gun, automatic powder monitor, fixed powder nozzel, controller, valves, pipe lines and other accessories. In common use, ZFP series DCP is applied in using link with the fire-detecting system.
干粉罐是中壓容器，由罐體、安全閥、人孔（裝粉口）、進(jìn)氣口及出粉口等組成。
Powder Tank is a Middle-壓強(qiáng) vessel, consists of vessel, safety valve, manhole (powder intake hole), Nitrogen intake hole and powder discharge etc.
干粉炮是由耐壓銅材和不銹鋼制成，根據(jù)要求自動(dòng)干粉炮（電動(dòng)或液動(dòng)）可在仰角40°俯角60°回轉(zhuǎn)270°范圍內(nèi)工作；手動(dòng)干粉炮可在仰角70°俯角60°回轉(zhuǎn)360°范圍內(nèi)工作。
Powder monitor is fabricated by copper alloy and stainless steel, according to relative specification, the electric or hydraulic operated monitor can rotate between 40° to -60° in vertical direction, 270° in horizontal direction; the manual operated monitor can rotate between 70° to -60° in vertical direction, 360° in horizontal direction;
干粉槍與卷盤(pán)連在一起，卷盤(pán)中的軟管長(zhǎng)度可達(dá)30-40 m。
Powder gun is installed together with hose reel, the powder transport hose can have a max length: 30-40 m.
如果設(shè)備僅要求手動(dòng)操作，則采用手動(dòng)干粉炮、手動(dòng)閥門(mén)和手動(dòng)控制啟動(dòng)氣瓶組件。
If only manual operation is needed, adopt a combination of manual dry chemical powder, manual valve and manual start cylinder.
主要特點(diǎn)
ZFP型自動(dòng)干粉滅火系統(tǒng)對(duì)A、B、C、D四類(lèi)火災(zāi)都可使用，大量的還是用于B、C類(lèi)火災(zāi)（應(yīng)根據(jù)保護(hù)對(duì)象選用相應(yīng)的干粉滅火劑）。其主要特點(diǎn)如下：滅火時(shí)間短、滅火效率高、對(duì)石油產(chǎn)品的滅火效果尤為顯著；絕緣性好，可撲救帶電設(shè)備的火災(zāi)，滅火后對(duì)設(shè)備污損較小；寒冷地區(qū)不需防凍，且可用于缺水地區(qū)；干粉滅火劑久貯不變質(zhì)。
ZFP series DCP system can be used in A, B, C, D four kinds fire, the most common use is in B & C kind fire (according to different kind of fire choose the different type dry chemical powder for protection). Main futures bellowing: Short 時(shí)間 for extinguishing, high extinguishing effective, outstanding effective on petrol product fire, best insulation, good effective on electric equipment fire, low pollution after extinguish, needless for frozen protect in cold weather, also can be used in 液態(tài)水lack area, best seal and storage for powder.
工作原理
系統(tǒng)工作原理是：利用氮?dú)?/a>瓶組內(nèi)的高壓氮?dú)饨?jīng)減壓病閥減壓后，使氮?dú)膺M(jìn)入干粉罐，其中一部分被送到罐的底部，起到松散干粉滅火劑的作用。隨著罐內(nèi)壓力的升高，使部分干粉滅火劑隨氮?dú)膺M(jìn)入出粉管被送到干粉炮，干粉槍或干粉固定噴嘴的出口閥門(mén)處，當(dāng)干粉炮、槍或干粉固定噴嘴的出口閥門(mén)處的壓力到達(dá)一定值后（干粉罐上的壓力表值達(dá)1.5~1.6MPa時(shí)），打開(kāi)閥門(mén)（或者定壓爆破膜片自動(dòng)爆破），將壓力能迅速轉(zhuǎn)化為速度能，這樣高速的氣粉流便從干粉炮（或干粉槍?zhuān)潭▏娮欤┑膰娮熘袊姵觯湎蚧鹪矗懈罨鹧妫茐娜紵湥鸬窖杆贀錅缁蛞种苹馂?zāi)的作用。
The principle of work for DCP system: Releasing the high pressured Nitrogen from Nitrogen Cylinder to Reduction Valve and decompresses the pressure to the work 壓強(qiáng), then transport them into Powder Tank, amount of them are transported to the bottom of the tank to relax the powder. Along with the tank’s contenting pressure update, some powders are transfer to the discharge pipe and arrive at the 維爾福集團(tuán) bellowing the powder monitor / powder gun or powder nozzle along with the pressured Nitrogen, when the pressure in the valve arrives at the rated pressure (or the pressure gauge on the tank indicate 1.5~1.6MPa), open the valve (or the breakable diaphragm breaking auto.), then the 壓強(qiáng) 能量 are translated to speed energy, high speed powder spray out from monitor (gun or nozzle ), shot at the fire, incise the flame, destroy the burning chain, then stifle the fire quickly.
